Job Description

This is a full time position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Feeding Specialist. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience in feeding disorders (e.g. ARFID). As a BCBA/Feeding specialist you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, providing clinical oversight and delivery of services by conducting one-on-one in home feeding sessions.

Duties

  • Conduct FBAs, provide clinical oversight and case consultation
  • Deliver advanced written and verbal analysis for reports and medical collaboration
  • Partner with team members to foster a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Support families from assessment through discharge with high quality care and caregiver training
  • Conduct one-on-one in home feeding sessions
  • Render 80 billable hours per month
Qualifications

  • Strong ABA and clinical expertise
  • Experience with feeding disorders and severe maladaptive behaviors
  • Advanced data analysis, graphing skills, and case conceptualization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of BCBA ethical guidelines
  • A collaborative, reliable, and service-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual skills (a plus!)
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
